Superior is a leading North American distributor of propane, compressed natural gas, renewable energy and related products and services.  In 2024 Superior needed to relocate and was considering already built-out spaces to save cost and meet their tight timeline. After choosing to work with Ray and many test fits, Superior secured a space at 155 Wellington St. West, a space that, serendipitously, Ray had designed for a law firm twelve years earlier.

The result is a rejuvenated and re-imagined space that reflects Superior’s culture and vision. 90% of the existing conditions remained as-is saving 150 cubic meters of waste, $1.25M in construction cost and 10-12 weeks of construction time. Additionally, by reusing all of their existing furniture, 27 metric tons of waste were saved from landfill which represents approximately $300,000 in savings.
