OXFORD WORKPLACE INNOVATION CHALLENGE, TORONTO
Real Estate | 4,517 sq ft
We set out to create a new approach to 200 Bay and attract a new demographic, the office emphasizes wellness and flexibility to create a human- centric workspace. A space focused on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of the users. A sense of community, transparency, biophilia and user adaptability are at the core of the design. All while ensuring that the materials are eco-friendly. Circadian lighting emulates the sun and communicates with the body on a biological level. Stress relieving doodling walls and a decompression room allow for rejuvenation from the technological overload we all face on a daily basis. This was one of the most exciting spaces to design as it was focused on a healthy workplace!
“It is an outstanding space and I look forward to bringing prospective clients through it! I already have a few tours booked!”
