Part of Ray’s design team since 2015, Kathy began as a summer intern and has never worked anywhere else. With Ray, she’s worked on everything from one-off projects for small companies to complex corporate renovations spanning years. Combining a designer’s visual acuity with attentiveness to process; Kathy brings a balance of practicality and artfulness to her work.
She is a conscientious team player who demonstrates great organizational skills and problem-solving strategies when presented with a new challenge. She takes an interest in all parts of a project and learns as much from an engineer and contractor’s perspective, as she does researching the finishes and furniture to complete a space.
