Joe joined Ray in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000. One of the firm’s two principals, he leads the project management side of the business and brings over 25 years of experience in that capacity. In the role, he orchestrates all phases of a project including team selection, financial analysis, schedule management, contract negotiation and documentation, construction and occupancy. Collaborative and fair-minded, Joe manages both his team and his clients’ projects with clear communication and meticulous planning. He takes pride in confidently stating how a project will go, and then making it happen.
